Tasty Bytes a food recipe website, was struggling to manage their recipes effectively. Their existing system was outdated and difficult to use. This made it challenging for us to add new recipes or make changes to existing ones.

We realized that they needed a more user-friendly solution that would allow them to easily manage their recipes without any technical knowledge. We also wanted the ability to customize specific needs.

As a result we created, used our skills to enhance this site and named it tasty bytes where in people could not only connect with the recipes but also add their own recipe, manage them and allow reviews.

INTRODUCTION

The aim of this Cooking Recipe Portal project is to construct an online system by use of which a user can learn various kinds of the recipe. This system can be beneficial for a restaurant or to the instructor who teaches the cooking as they can spread their recipe to the other. The user can also post their recipe on the website. As the Cooking Recipe Portal system will be based on the internet, the user can learn the recipe from any place and can view the recipe any number of times. The users can give feedback to the recipe. The Recipe Management System has been designed to give the user as much freedom as possible in recipe input, but the ability to find what you want quickly is something you will never find in a cookbook. The users can locate recipes based on almost any criteria we can imagine. The Recipe Management System is to create a recipe which acts as a meal management software ‘book’ that allows you to access an unlimited number of recipes, add your own recipes, share recipes.

Solution

In our application you can publish and maintain a library of recipes. Pictures and videos can be uploaded at the same time. This gives a clear picture or a view of the food to be prepared quickly. This application allows the users to find recipes based on health problems and also suggest nutrition tips for the same. It enables the admin to generate a report for a survey. The survey may include the category of people using it, and also based on the age group of people browsing the application. The user can upload or download a recipe on the website, can give feedback to each recipe. According to the feedback as provided by the user the recipe will be ranked so that a person can know about that recipe. There will be a massive amount of recipes available in the system. Any user can start posting the recipe in the system after registering to the website while a new user can advertise about their recipe on the site. The Cooking Recipe Management system will be very user-friendly such that a person who does no have much experience of the internet can also use the system with ease.

Impact

The project is about managing recipe using internet programming. the system development requires four main phases as the research of the project.phase 1 involves research work and related materials that attach to project and phase 2,3 and 4 involve the analysis, design,and enhancement of the components that needed in the system.
