Our client, a large retail chain, was struggling with high employee turnover rates and low customer satisfaction scores. After conducting research and analyzing data, we discovered that the root cause of these issues was poor communication between employees and customers.

Problem

The client needed a solution to improve communication between employees and customers in order to increase employee retention and customer satisfaction. They wanted a platform that would allow for real-time feedback from customers, as well as provide employees with the necessary tools to address any issues in a timely manner.

Solution

We developed a mobile application that allowed customers to provide feedback on their shopping experience in real-time.
