Solution

Our team proposed an agile project management style for greater efficiency in optimizing Mazars' website. We broke down the plan into three phases: Planning, Implementation, and Validation.

In the planning phase, we conducted qualitative and quantitative studies to understand user behaviour on the website. We identified key areas of improvement and created a roadmap for implementation.
