Problem

According to recent studies, mental health issues are on the rise among young adults. However, many of them don't know how to identify the symptoms or seek help. This lack of awareness can lead to serious consequences such as depression, anxiety, and even suicide. Our team recognized this problem and decided to take action.

We wanted to create a resource that would educate young adults about mental health and provide them with the tools they need to take care of their well-being. We knew that we needed to make it accessible, engaging, and informative.

Solution

We created a short guide for young adults on mental health that covers a wide range of topics such as the journey to recovery, where to find help and seek professional help. The guide is available invidious formats so that it can reach as many people as possible.

To make it engaging and easily accessible, we created a format that easily accessible for social media.
