Background

We were approached by a large retail company to help them improve their online sales. They had noticed a significant drop in revenue over the past year and wanted to understand why their customers were not converting on their website. After conducting an analysis of their website, we discovered that the checkout process was overly complicated and confusing for customers, leading to cart abandonment.

Problem
