Project Overview

Collaborating with the Teaching and Learning Lab (TLL) media team at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE), I played a key role in developing an interactive platform. Focused primarily on design and development, my role centered on creating a seamless user experience. Our overarching objective was to effectively communicate the variety of media types accessible to HGSE faculty. By aligning faculty members' multimedia goals with the services offered by the TLL media team, we aimed to enhance the integration of multimedia elements into class materials.

Solution

To address this challenge, we decided to create a media lookbook tailored specifically for HGSE faculty. This lookbook would be an interactive digital platform that showcases the various media services provided by the TLL Media Team and how these resources can be incorporated into the class materials. The lookbook features a range of multimedia content, including videos, photos, and other visual aids, demonstrating their applications across various academic disciplines.

In close collaboration with the TLL media team, we gathered their best work and designed a visually appealing, user-centric platform that prioritizes ease of navigation. The outcome is a comprehensive Canvas site, empowering internal users to effortlessly explore the work of the media team and swiftly locate the resources they require. Additionally, users can easily initiate contact with the media team to proceed with their projects for the next step.
