As a project manager, I found it difficult to keep track of my team's progress and conduct meetings efficiently. Taking notes during meetings was time-consuming and often led to important information being missed. Additionally, managing each team member's status and tasks was a challenge.

To solve these problems, my team and I decided to create an agile management application that would streamline the meeting process, allow for quick note-taking, and simplify task management.

We created an agile management application that allows project managers to conduct meetings with team members efficiently. The app includes a note-taking feature that enables users to take notes quickly during meetings. Additionally, the app has a task creation page where project managers can assign tasks to each team member and set their progress.
