Problem

Our client had a need for an application that could interact with various databases, including RDBMS, Graph, and VectorDB. The enterprise data in these databases needed to be accessible through a chatbot interface. Additionally, the chatbot needed to be able to answer questions from a NEo4j graph database using LLM's cypher query generation method and provide answers from PDF documents.

The challenge was creating an application that could seamlessly integrate with multiple databases while also providing accurate and efficient responses through the chatbot interface.

Solution

We created a RAG (Red Amber Green) application that could interact with all of the required databases. Our team leveraged LLM's cypher query generation method to enable the chatbot to answer questions from the NEo4j graph database. We also developed a pdf interactor feature where the chatbot could provide answers directly from PDF documents.

To ensure accuracy and efficiency, we implemented machine learning algorithms that allowed the chatbot to learn from previous interactions and improve its responses over time. We also incorporated natural language processing capabilities so users could ask questions in their own words rather than needing to use specific commands or syntax.
