Background

As a designer, during the pandemic I found myself home and wanted to create a personal workspace that would integrate my favorite technology tools and still be aesthetically pleasing and clutter-free environment.

The main problem was finding a design that would incorporate all the necessary technology while maintaining a clean and organized look. Additionally, I needed to find the right balance between functionality and aesthetics.

Solution

We started by researching different designs and layouts for personal workspaces. We then created a list of requirements based on our needs, including space for multiple monitors, cable management solutions, and storage options.

We decided on a minimalist design with clean lines and neutral colors. We incorporated floating shelves for storage and used cable management solutions to keep cords hidden from view. We also added LED lighting under the desk for ambient lighting.
