Our client, a tax preparation firm, was struggling to keep up with the influx of customer inquiries during tax season. Their phone lines were constantly busy, and customers were frustrated with long wait times. Additionally, their customer service team was overwhelmed with repetitive questions about tax forms and deadlines. The firm needed a solution that could handle the high volume of inquiries and provide quick and accurate responses.

We proposed creating a chatbot powered by artificial intelligence (AI) to assist customers with their tax-related questions. However, we faced several challenges in implementing this solution.

Solution

We began by training the chatbot on a large dataset of frequently asked tax questions. We used natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to enable the chatbot to understand and respond to customer inquiries in conversational language.
