Led a pillar of the internationalization project by optimizing and fine-tuning the chatbot to ensure seamless interactions in multiple languages. Managed cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, prompt engineers, linguists, copywriters, and data annotators to achieve high-quality localization and internationalization across the model.
