Led design sprints and collaborative workshops with rural educators, college leaders, and community stakeholders to co-design learner-centered solutions.
Co-designed and supported the launch of new micro-pathways and credentialing models tailored to rural learners.
Led Rural Together, a learning community that connected education practitioners across different institutions to share best practices, challenges, and strategies.
Advised on and implemented tools like Miro, Participate, and Airtable to support design sprints and collaboration among remote teams.

Key Outcomes & Impact

Five rural colleges co-designed and piloted new micro-pathways aligned with local employer needs.
Expanded access to credentialing for rural learners, increasing career-ready opportunities.
