We built an end-to-end pipeline that combined AI-assisted pre-visualization, procedural scene generation, and intelligent editing to accelerate production. Our approach emphasized modular components, enabling rapid experimentation with story beats, visuals, and pacing while preserving a human-in-the-loop review process.

We integrated a collaborative workflow where the director, AI technologists, and artists co-created scenes, adjusting prompts, datasets, and style parameters in real time. This allowed us to explore multiple narrative threads quickly and converge on a final cut that balanced emotional resonance with technical feasibility.
