Designed a dual-axis LiDAR actuation mechanism enabling controlled rotation about both the horizontal and vertical axes

Conducted hand measurements to determine LiDAR height and mounting placement on the vehicle
Modeled a custom mounting and rotation assembly in SolidWorks, including a 90° reorientation of the LiDAR and motor for optimal range
Integrated two independent motors:
- Horizontal motor for left–right sweeping
- Vertical motor for up–down scanning

Built a fully functional two-axis LiDAR mount enabling wide-angle scanning and forward/reverse navigation
