Background

Indian metropolitan cities such as Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore are facing acute shortage in parking space across residential and corporate areas. Travelling through self driven cars is always the more convenient, faster, and economical way to travel in these cities. However, finding a parking spot can be a big hassle and leads to waste in time, energy, and uncertainty at the last moment. To solve this problem, we decided to create a platform that provides valet services through an app.

Problem

The lack of parking spaces in Indian metropolitan cities has become a major issue for both residents and businesses. It often results in wasted time and frustration for those who are unable to find a parking spot. Additionally, there is also the risk of car theft or damage when parked on the street. Our goal was to provide a solution that would alleviate these problems by offering valet services that would safely park customers' cars in designated spots.

Solution

We created an app-based platform that offers valet services to customers at congested areas such as markets, shopping complexes, malls, offices and residential areas. Customers can track their car's location via the app while it is being parked by our valets. We also provide car insurance for the duration it is with our valets. We offer two models: B2B where we provide these services to high-end markets, corporates, and top restaurants; B2C where valets can be available anywhere customers want. In addition to this service we also provide on-demand driver services as per customer needs.
