Background

Sense AR is a symptom checker that uses Augmented Reality for symptom diagnosis. Our team was tasked with creating an Android app that would allow users to input their symptoms and receive a potential diagnosis based on the information they provided.

Problem

The main challenge we faced was creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface for the app. We needed to ensure that users could easily input their symptoms and receive accurate diagnoses without feeling overwhelmed or confused by the process.

Solution

To address this challenge, we conducted extensive research into user behavior and preferences when it comes to health-related apps. We created a research plan that included surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather data on what users wanted from a symptom checker app.

Using this data, we designed a UI that was simple and easy to navigate. We made sure that users could easily input their symptoms using natural language processing and receive clear, concise diagnoses based on their inputs. We also incorporated augmented reality technology to enhance the user experience and make the app more engaging.
