Background

Our team was tasked with guiding students through design statements and concepts, evaluating their work, and overseeing the execution of an exhibition. The project was for a local art school's end-of-year show, where students would showcase their final projects to the public.

Problem

The main challenge we faced was ensuring that each student's work was evaluated fairly and accurately. We also needed to make sure that the exhibition was executed smoothly and met the expectations of both the school and the students.

Solution

To address these challenges, we developed a comprehensive evaluation rubric that took into account various aspects of each student's project, such as creativity, technical skill, and overall impact. We also provided regular feedback to students throughout the design process to help them refine their concepts and ensure they were on track to meet their goals.

In terms of exhibition execution, we worked closely with the school's facilities team to ensure that all logistical details were taken care of. This included coordinating with vendors for equipment rentals, arranging for security personnel during setup and teardown, and creating a detailed floor plan to optimize traffic flow throughout the exhibition space.
