Background

During a 4-day hackathon, our team worked with a start-up called Resiconnect to create a simplified overview of a condominium's consumption (water, heating, etc.) for occupants and managers. The goal was to reduce waste and financial errors. To achieve this, we conducted a design sprint to create an effective and efficient website, including creating a graphic identity and designing interactive mockups.

Problem

The problem we were trying to solve was the lack of transparency around condominium consumption. Without clear information about their usage, occupants could not make informed decisions about reducing their consumption or identifying potential issues. Managers also struggled to identify areas of waste or financial errors without detailed data.

Solution

To address this issue, we created a website that provided clear and concise information about the condominium's consumption. We used Miro and Figma for collaboration and Illustrator for graphic design. Our team conducted user research to understand what information was most important to occupants and managers, then designed the website accordingly. We included interactive features such as graphs and charts to make it easy for users to understand their consumption patterns.
