Background

Our team was approached by a client who wanted to create an educational chatbot for kids in Latin America. The goal was to make learning English Language Arts (ELA) fun and engaging for children, while also providing them with a safe and interactive platform to practice their language skills.

Problem

The challenge we faced was finding a way to integrate ELA games into the chatbot while maintaining a seamless user experience. We needed to ensure that the games were not only educational but also entertaining enough to keep children engaged. Additionally, we had to consider the cultural differences and language barriers that may exist among our target audience.

Solution

We began by conducting extensive research on the different types of ELA games that would be suitable for our target audience. We then worked on developing a chatbot interface that would allow users to easily access these games without disrupting their conversation flow. To ensure that the games were culturally relevant, we collaborated with local educators and language experts who provided valuable insights into the needs of Latin American children.
