Background

Our team was tasked with building a personal finance budgeting app from scratch. The goal of the app was to provide users with an easy-to-use platform to track their expenses, set budgets, and monitor their financial goals.

Problem

The problem we faced was creating an app that would be both user-friendly and functional. We needed to ensure that users could easily input their financial information and receive accurate feedback on their spending habits. Additionally, we wanted to create a visually appealing design that would make the app enjoyable to use.

Solution

To solve these problems, we began by conducting extensive research on personal finance apps currently available on the market. This allowed us to identify common features and design elements that were successful in other apps. From there, we created wireframes and prototypes of our own app, testing them with potential users to gather feedback and make improvements.

We also incorporated machine learning algorithms into the app's backend to provide personalized insights for each user based on their spending habits. This allowed us to offer more accurate recommendations for budgeting and saving.
