A credit card company approached our team with a unique request. They wanted to offer their customers the option to have their credit cards laser engraved with custom designs. This would allow customers to personalize their cards and make them stand out.

The company had already done some research and found that there was a demand for this type of service, but they needed help figuring out how to implement it in a way that was efficient and cost-effective.

Problem

The biggest challenge we faced was figuring out how to automate the laser engraving process. We knew that if we tried to do everything manually, it would be too time-consuming and expensive for the credit card company.

Solution

We also worked closely with the manufacturer of the laser engraving machine to develop a set of standardized settings that would produce high-quality results every time. These settings were programmed into our software so that each card would be engraved using the same parameters.
