Background

Intelliger is a company that was founded with the goal of providing high-quality project management services to clients. As an assistant project manager, I joined the company shortly after its founding and helped to build up all processes in the company. We faced several challenges along the way, including growth problems and a lack of investment capital. Despite these challenges, we were able to achieve an annual revenue of approximately $650K.
