Problem

The data were collected from a secondary site and needed help analyzing it to improve their lead time, efficiency and quality.

Solution

We developed an analysis plan that focused on Analysis of our data. We used EDAs to identify patterns and trends in the data, which allowed us to calculate efficiency and quality metrics. We then recommended changes to the supply chain process based on our findings.
