Solution

We proposed implementing an AI-powered claims processing system that would automate many of the manual tasks involved in the review process. This included using natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to extract relevant information from claim forms and supporting documents, as well as machine learning models to identify patterns in data that could help flag potentially fraudulent claims.
