Project Planning: Responsible for creating a comprehensive project plan that outlined the objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation for the implementation of the Account Manager for the YouTube Player Program. Collaborated with key stakeholders to define the project scope, identify risks, and establish clear milestones.
Team Coordination: Coordinated with cross-functional teams within Media Prima Berhad, including the operations, marketing, and technical departments. He facilitated effective communication among team members, ensuring that everyone was aligned with project goals and objectives. I also assigned tasks and monitored their progress to maintain project momentum.
Vendor Management: Interacted with YouTube representatives and managed the partnership between Media Prima Berhad and YouTube.
