West Marine needed an efficient and user-friendly budget planning tool to streamline the planning process and reduce plan consolidation time. The existing process took 7 working days, resulting in delayed updates and inaccurate plans.

Solution

We led the development of a budget planning tool on PowerApps, leveraging SQL and Figma for wireframing. We implemented robust business logic, enabling planners to make real-time updates and ensuring accurate and timely plan consolidation. We also implemented role-based access, granting different levels of access to users.
