Problem

A Black-owned hair salon with mobile stylists across several locations in Canada needed a way to streamline communication with clients and make booking appointments easier.

The previous system was inefficient, with clients having to call or text individual stylists to book appointments. This led to missed appointments, double bookings, and frustrated clients.

Solution

We created a retro landing page that allowed clients to easily communicate with their preferred stylist, share reviews, and book appointments based on availability and preference. The platform was designed to be user-friendly and accessible from any device.

We also implemented a notification system that reminded clients of upcoming appointments and allowed them to reschedule if necessary. Stylists were able to manage their schedules through the platform, reducing the risk of double bookings.
