Problem

The majority of of Blockchain Developers were familiar with Java, but not with Solidity, which made it difficult for them to build Smart-Contracts on Ethereum.

The lack of familiarity with Solidity was a significant barrier to entry for many developers who wanted to work with Ethereum. This led to a shortage of skilled developers in the ecosystem and slowed down development progress.

Solution

I created Jehova, a project that allowed Smart-Contracts to be built in Java. By doing this, I aimed to onboard more developers into the Ethereum Ecosystem by leveraging their existing knowledge of Java programming language.

Jehova was designed as an open-source project that could be easily integrated into existing Java development environments. It provided a simple and intuitive way for developers to write Smart-Contracts using familiar programming constructs such as classes, interfaces, and inheritance.

Impact
