Pre-owned car dealerships often face challenges in managing their inventory, resulting in errors and increased workload for employees. This can lead to lost sales and decreased customer satisfaction. Caarsy was approached by a dealership that was struggling with these issues and needed a solution.

After conducting research, we found that many dealerships still use manual methods for inventory management, which are time-consuming and prone to errors. We also discovered that there was no existing software on the market that addressed all of the pain points specific to the industry.

Solution

We built an inventory management software called Caarsy that digitized the entire process for pre-owned car dealerships. The platform streamlined inventory tracking, pricing, and marketing efforts while providing real-time data insights to help dealerships make informed decisions.

To ensure our solution addressed industry-specific pain points, we consulted with over 10 industry professionals who provided valuable feedback throughout the development process. We also led a team of 5 developers who collaborated with engineers to design an intuitive user journey that met the needs of our target audience.
