Customers had to visit the branch multiple times, fill out physical forms, and wait for days to receive updates on their application status. This resulted in a poor customer experience and lost business for the bank.

To address this issue, we set out to automate the entire customer journey for opening a savings account with digital KYC and real-time updates.

Solution

We developed a mobile application that allowed customers to open a savings account from the comfort of their own home. The app included an automated KYC process that used facial recognition technology to verify customer identities. We also integrated real-time updates into the app so that customers could track the progress of their application in real-time.

The app was designed with ease-of-use in mind, requiring only basic information from customers and guiding them through each step of the process. Once an application was submitted, it was automatically reviewed by our team and approved within minutes.
