Problem

Milla Milla, the first Dutch Pan-African football platform, aimed to empower the continent and build a network of football experts and enthusiasts with a shared love for the sport. However, they faced a challenge in disseminating knowledge and understanding about football in Africa and its impact on society.

The lack of diverse perspectives made it difficult for Milla Milla to create a community where enthusiasts of the sport could express themselves and connect with each other. Additionally, there was a need to give a platform to African voices so that listeners could gain a broader perspective on (football in) Africa.

Solution

To address these challenges, we created a podcast series that covered various topics related to African football. We invited guests from different parts of Africa and different backgrounds to share their experiences and insights into the sport.

By giving voice to diverse perspectives, we were able to disseminate knowledge and understanding about football in Africa and its impact on society. We also created a community where enthusiasts of the sport could express themselves and connect with each other. Furthermore, by giving a platform to African voices, we were able to provide listeners with a broader perspective on (football in) Africa.
