Bonfire: Virtual Event Marketplace for Remote Teams

Problem

The pandemic forced companies to shift their operations online, including team building events. However, finding the right virtual event partner was a challenge. There was no centralized platform where remote teams could easily connect with virtual event providers. This led to a lot of time and effort spent on research and coordination.

Additionally, virtual events were still a relatively new concept for many companies, which made it difficult for them to know what they were looking for in an event partner. This lack of knowledge often resulted in poor quality events that didn't meet their needs or expectations.

Solution

We created Bonfire, a virtual event marketplace that connected remote teams with high-quality virtual event partners. Our platform brought together 27 different partners offering a variety of events, from team building activities to cooking classes and wine tastings.

Our team worked closely with each partner to ensure that they met our standards for quality and professionalism. We also provided resources and guidance to help clients choose the right partner and plan their event effectively.
