Our Airbnb review and management business was started to increase exposure for the properties in our area. We do this through travel, review, and posting on social media, to increase the number of people visiting the houses. We realized that we needed a more targeted approach to reach potential guests and property owners.

After conducting research, we found that many people were searching for specific amenities or features when looking for an Airbnb. However, these details were often buried in the property descriptions and difficult to find. We knew that if we could make this information more accessible, it would help us stand out from other management companies and attract more bookings. We started visitng the Airbnbs and showing people how to experience them and get their monies worth.

Solution

To address this issue, we developed a social media platform that allowed us to easily collect and display key property details in a user-friendly format. This included information such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, available amenities like Wi-Fi or parking, and any unique features like a pool or outdoor space.

We also created a social media marketing campaign that highlighted these features in eye-catching graphics and videos. By showcasing what made each property unique, we were able to capture the attention of potential guests who may have otherwise overlooked them.
