Siemens, a multinational conglomerate, needed an effective and engaging E-Learning solution for the training of internal employees and external service providers on Siemens Corporate Identity. The existing training was not comprehensive enough to cover all aspects of corporate identity, leading to inconsistencies in branding across different departments and regions. Additionally, the lack of interactivity in the training material resulted in low engagement and poor knowledge retention among learners. To address these challenges, Siemens approached our team for consultancy and technical implementation of a multilingual E-Learning module that would provide comprehensive knowledge and guidelines on Siemens Corporate Identity while incorporating interactive elements to enhance learner engagement. Our team developed a multilingual E-Learning module that incorporated advanced technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, ActionScript, and SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) to create an interactive and user-friendly interface for learners to engage with the content.
