The fashion industry is constantly evolving, and it is imperative for new employees to have a comprehensive understanding of the brand's spirit, history, products, and sales techniques. Tommy Hilfiger recognized the need for an immersive and engaging E-Learning experience that would cater specifically to iPad users. However, there was no existing program that met their requirements.

The challenge was to develop a training program that would provide new employees with all the necessary knowledge and skills required to succeed in the fashion industry while also being interactive and engaging.

Solution

We developed an E-Learning induction program for Tommy Hilfiger that catered specifically to iPad users. Our team utilized HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and SCORM to create a technical infrastructure that delivered interactive content such as games, exercises, simulations, and engaging learning materials. The program covered various aspects of the fashion industry including the brand's spirit, historical background, product knowledge, and sales training.

Our team ensured compatibility across devices by utilizing HTML5, CSS, JavaScript while adhering to SCORM standards. This allowed easy tracking of learners' progress and performance assessment through learning management systems (LMS).
