Problem

Amazone, a leading manufacturer of agricultural machinery, faced a challenge in training its customers on the operation of their terminals. The traditional method of providing manuals was not effective as it was time-consuming and often led to confusion among users. This resulted in increased support requests and decreased customer satisfaction.

To address this issue, Amazone needed a solution that would provide an efficient and effective way to train their customers on the use of their terminals.

Solution

We proposed developing an e-learning platform that would provide step-by-step instructions for operating the terminals. The platform would include videos demonstrating installation, usage, and the impact of settings changes. We also included a download mechanism that would allow users to access the e-learning modules offline.

The e-learning platform was developed using react-native and assisting frameworks . We used responsive design principles to ensure that the platform could be accessed from any device with an internet connection.
