The pharmaceutical company Menarini needed a way to ensure that their employees were properly trained on the use of internal software in order to improve production processes and minimize errors. However, traditional training methods were not effective and did not provide a way for employees to easily access important information when needed.

Menarini recognized the need for an e-learning solution that would allow employees to learn at their own pace and have easy access to important information whenever they needed it.

Solution

We developed an e-learning platform for Menarini that provided employees with interactive training modules on the proper use of internal software. The platform was accessible from any device with an internet connection, allowing employees to learn at their own pace and on their own schedule.

In addition, we included a searchable knowledge base within the platform that provided quick access to frequently asked questions and troubleshooting tips. This allowed employees to easily find solutions to common problems without having to interrupt their workflow or wait for assistance from IT support.
