Our client, a large retail company, was struggling with their invoice processing system. They were manually inputting data from invoices into their database, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. Additionally, they were receiving a high volume of invoices via email, which was causing delays in processing times.

We knew that there had to be a better way to streamline this process and reduce errors. We proposed implementing Abbyy Development with FlexiCapture Invoice module and FlexiLayout to automate the data extraction process from invoices. We also suggested integrating the system with their database for exporting output and UiPath for email processing and pushing data to Oracle Cloud.

Solution

After conducting an analysis of the client's current system, we designed a solution that would automate the invoice processing system using Abbyy Development with FlexiCapture Invoice module and FlexiLayout. This allowed us to extract data from invoices quickly and accurately, reducing the risk of errors.

We also integrated the system with their database for exporting output and UiPath for email processing and pushing data to Oracle Cloud. This allowed us to automate the entire process end-to-end, reducing manual labor hours and increasing efficiency.
