A small business in the beauty industry approached m with a problem. They had no social media presence and were struggling to effectively engage with their target audience. As a result, they were not able to increase brand awareness or attract new customers. We knew that we needed to develop a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to their brand to help them overcome this challenge.

We conducted extensive market research to identify their target audience demographics, interests, and preferences as we found out that their physical stores were located in places where social media was not a heavy leverage point for business like theirs. Based on this research, we created engaging and visually appealing content, including captivating captions, high-quality images, and relevant hashtags. However, we knew that simply posting content was not enough. We needed to implement community engagement strategies such as responding to comments and messages actively.
