The lack of an automated system to track billing defects caused by account executives has resulted in difficulties identifying the executives responsible for the most defects. The absence of a mechanism to provide training and support to improve billing accuracy has further compounded the problem.

To address this issue, we needed to develop a solution that would automate the process of tracking billing defects caused by account executives, identify those responsible for the most defects, and provide recommendations on how they can improve their billing accuracy.

Solution

We developed an automated email mechanism using a Python script that tracks all billing defects caused by account executives. The system generates a report that identifies which executives are causing the most defects and provides recommendations on how they can improve their billing accuracy.

The system is designed to be user-friendly, with easy-to-understand reports that highlight areas where improvements can be made. It also provides detailed feedback on specific errors made by each executive, allowing them to focus on improving their accuracy in those areas.
