Problem

Our team was tasked with creating a couple of animal crossing-like animations that demonstrated movement such as picking things up, walking, and idle animation. We needed to create these animations in a way that was engaging and visually appealing to the audience.

We faced several challenges during this project. Firstly, we had to ensure that the animations were smooth and realistic. Secondly, we had to make sure that the animations were easy to understand and follow for the audience. Finally, we had to ensure that the animations were created within a tight deadline.

Solution

To overcome these challenges, we decided to use 3D modelling software Maya which allowed us to create realistic-looking models and animations. We also used various animation techniques like keyframe animation and motion capture which helped us achieve smooth movements.

To make sure our animations were easy to follow, we added clear visual cues like arrows and labels which helped guide the audience through each step of the animation. Finally, we made sure to work efficiently as a team by dividing tasks based on each member's strengths and skills.
