Social Media Multimodal Collaboration Proposal

This proposal is for Greg Smith | Owner & CEO regarding the social media account via Instagram, Layla Grayce. This proposal contains key plans regarding making connection(s) between relevant sources to encourage audience engagement with Layla Grayce | Style & Décor, Instagram social media account(s).

Brands today need to look further into their performance metrics and track comments, saves, Instagram Stories views, shares, and even DMs to understand how their content performed. Due to the shift in how we measure engagement, Instagram has started to hide likes, it’s harder to gauge what content performs best. Thus leading to the need to change how we try to improve engagement on our feeds.

To do this, I have analyzed the Instagram account, Layla Grayce | Style & Décor and have found several key engagement opportunities that will allow exceptional growth with today’s consumers. The following key points will furnish you with strategic tips to boost engagement and improve the account(s) Instagram strategy. The key points as follows,

1. Regularly test & analyze new content types whilst tracking analytics via the latest software/program in the industry.

2. Create “savable” content for Layla Grayce and their consumers/audience feed. 3. Create more video content for the feed grid, as well, add an element of fun via encouraging consumers/audience to share their style featuring Layla Grayce products.

Key Strategies to Achieve Those Goals

1. Via programs such as Later, one can regularly test & analyze new content types. With the latest newcomer in analytics/engagement tracking, called Later, clients can track and measure all their Instagram content, including Instagram stories. Experimentation, without disturbing or completely eradicating what works, using something like Later, one can find a smooth integration when introducing experimental engagement content types.

2. Since the loss of post likes, Instagram comments and saves are more valuable to today’s consumers. “Savable content” is anything that one knows their audience will want to read back again at a later time. So the best way to improve engagement for this year is to create more content that encourages an audience to engage with “savable content”. Opportunities for “savable” content for ones’ feed, would be to analyze what’s important to the audience and what they will find value in.

3. One strategy would be to try new content types such as user-generated content, mini-infographics, or even a selfie-style video showcasing consumers/audience to share their style featuring Layla Grayce products. Which could be great on a feed grid or even stories.

What is the time frame for the project?

Since this is a new and experimental consumer/audience engagement social media marketing strategy, it can only be an estimated time of three months-to-one-year to build a detailed plan and to implement it in such a way that it would be a hit right from the start. This is a decent time frame to really take one’s time to create a healthy and trustworthy service and build a loyal audience “customer” base.
