Problem

As a strategy consultancy firm, Accenture was looking for a way to provide digital internships to students and recent graduates. The traditional in-person internship model was no longer feasible due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and they needed a solution that would allow them to continue offering valuable learning experiences while maintaining social distancing guidelines.

The challenge was to create an online platform that would simulate the real-world experience of working on consulting projects, while also providing mentorship and feedback from experienced consultants.

Solution

We worked closely with Accenture to develop a digital internship platform that would meet their needs. The platform included several key features:

A virtual workspace where interns could collaborate on consulting projects in real-time
Mentorship from experienced consultants who provided guidance and feedback throughout the internship
Access to training materials and resources to help interns develop their skills and knowledge
An online community where interns could connect with each other and share their experiences

The platform was designed with user experience in mind, making it easy for interns to navigate and use all of its features. We also made sure that it was scalable so that it could accommodate a large number of users if necessary.
