Problem

Our team was tasked with testing the Karnataka Tourism Web Application, which had been experiencing a number of issues. The application was slow to load and navigate, and users were frequently encountering errors that prevented them from accessing important information about tourist destinations in the region. This was leading to frustration among users and negatively impacting the reputation of the tourism board.

After conducting an initial analysis, we identified several key issues that were contributing to these problems. Solution
