Building Marketing Department Boosts Revenue

Problem

The Branding Club was struggling to generate leads and revenue due to a lack of a marketing department and strategy. They needed someone to build a marketing department from scratch and create a successful marketing strategy that would increase revenue, generate new clients, rebrand the company, and add value to their core product.

Additionally, The Branding Club needed help with navigating growth in new and existing countries while maintaining their value strategy. They also required assistance in creating a CX strategy from scratch.

Solution

We built a marketing department from scratch and created a successful marketing strategy that generated over 1 million in revenue, 365 new clients, and rebranded The Branding Club's identity/strategy with market research and test panels. We also added marketing services to their core product by creating a new value proposition for printed and branded hospitality products.

To improve results between marketing and sales, we researched, implemented, and tested new marketing information services that aligned with primary processes. We also created new processes for marketing automation that included the entire customer/buyer journey. Additionally, we used SEM to create explosive growth in lead generation which resulted in generating over 365 leads in 2022 alone.

We advised The C level on how to navigate growth strategies for both new and existing countries while maintaining their value strategy. We joined forces to attack the Belgium market with an adjusted marketing/sales process using market intelligence tools and phone/email automation as a pilot program before adapting it to the Dutch business model. Lastly, we created the CX strategy from scratch.
