Our team was tasked with developing a solution for a client who had no clear idea of what they wanted. They provided us with very little information and left us to come up with a concept on our own.

We spent several weeks brainstorming ideas and trying to come up with something that would meet the client's needs, but we were struggling to make progress without any guidance or direction.

After much deliberation, we decided to take a different approach. Instead of trying to guess what the client wanted, we scheduled a meeting with them to discuss their needs in more detail.

During the meeting, we asked questions about their business and listened carefully to their responses. We took notes and used this information to develop a proposal that we felt would meet their needs.
