Problem

Our company was using a legacy web targeting solution that was no longer meeting our needs. We needed a new digital marketing application that could gather real-time customer attributes from various data stores and pass them to Adobe Target via SDK to render personalized experiences to our website's visitors and mobile app users. Additionally, we needed REST-based APIs/microservices that could be deployed in PCF cloud and used to develop various enhanced customer experience features. To achieve this, we needed to research and develop Adobe Target for personalization, Adobe Analytics, REST-based APIs using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and deployment on the PCF-based cloud space using Jenkins Pipeline. We also needed to develop data collection code in complex environments with consistent use of tag management systems using tools like Adobe Target for personalization and Adobe Launch for data layer for web analytics with Adobe Analytics. Finally, we had to understand client measurement design requirements and translate these business requirements into a written data collection implementation guide. Solution
