Problem

Our client, a manufacturing company, was facing a major challenge in their production process. They were using HighTemp_FanOverdriven machines that required manual intervention at every stage of the process. This resulted in a high error rate and low productivity. The client approached us to automate the process and increase efficiency.

We analyzed the situation and found that the existing process was highly repetitive and could be easily automated. However, there were several challenges that needed to be addressed before we could implement an automation solution. The machines were old and did not have any sensors or connectivity options, which made it difficult to collect data and monitor the process in real-time.

Solution

We proposed an automation solution using Automation Anywhere and C programming language. We designed a custom program that could control the machines through a computer interface. We also installed sensors on the machines to collect data about temperature, pressure, and other parameters.

The program was designed to perform all the tasks that were previously done manually by operators. It could control the speed of the machine, adjust temperature settings, and monitor the entire process in real-time. We also integrated an alert system that would notify operators if any issues occurred during production.
