Solution

We took over the project and immediately implemented several changes to improve its functionality. We started by introducing an automatic deployment process that allowed us to push updates quickly without disrupting users' experience.

We also introduced standard processes such as linter, git flow, versioning, and a staging environment for testing before deploying changes to production. Additionally, we made significant changes to the structure of components by evolving Vuex into Pinia and switching from options API to composition API. Finally, we replaced webpack with Vite for faster builds.
