Problem

Mutlusan Elektrik, a manufacturing company, was facing challenges with energy and labor efficiency in their factory. They needed to find a way to improve the productivity of their human resources and optimize energy consumption. The company was experiencing low output levels due to inefficient use of storage areas and lack of training for machine operators.

To address these issues, Mutlusan Elektrik decided to implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices in their factory. However, they faced several challenges during the implementation process.

Solution

The team at Mutlusan Elektrik worked together to create a plan for implementing TPM practices in the factory. They started by identifying key areas that needed improvement, such as storage space utilization and operator training. Then, they developed a comprehensive training program for machine operators to ensure they had the skills necessary to operate machinery efficiently.

The team also implemented new processes for managing inventory and optimizing storage space. By using data analysis tools, they were able to identify areas where improvements could be made and develop solutions that would increase efficiency.
